Websites for people who work in mental health

I design and build websites, plan social media posts and set up content systems for practitioners, associations and institutes in psychology and mental health.

The clinical side and the technical side

I am a UK-trained psychologist & psychotherapist. I hold a BSc and an MSc from the University of Derby (UK), and I am a member of the British Psychological Society. I have practised ISTDP since 2020 and I see clients online, in English and Croatian.

Before that I spent about ten years in international aviation. I also studied computer science, and I built the web and CMS systems for IEDTA, a large international organisation.

That mix is rare. When we talk about your site, I understand both sides, so you don't need someone to translate between your clinical work and the technology.

Clinical
BSc and MSc, University of Derby (UK). BPS member. ISTDP practice since 2020.
Technical
Computer science studies. Web and CMS systems built for IEDTA.
How I work
Online only, in English and Croatian.

What I can build for you

Each service works on its own. You can start with one and add others later.

Work: IEDTA and ISTDP-HUB

For IEDTA (opens in a new tab), a large international organisation, I built the web and CMS systems. Member data is private, so I don't show it here.

ISTDP-HUB is a portfolio project: a site for the ISTDP community with a member area, trainings, a library and research pages.

How a project runs

Four steps, from a first conversation to a site that is easy to look after. Each step starts only when you have approved the one before.

  1. Talk it through

A short call about your work, who you want to reach and what isn’t working now.

You get A short list of priorities: website, social media, CMS, or a mix.

  2. Agree a plan

I write down what we agreed, in what order and by when. You decide whether to go ahead.

You get A one-page plan with scope, stages and timeline.

  3. Build in stages

I build the site, set up the CMS or prepare the first posts, one stage at a time. You review each stage before I move on.

You get Pages that meet WCAG AA, GDPR-aware forms, and event calendars or member directories where you need them.

  4. Launch and hand over

We go live together. After that I keep things up to date, or show your team how to do it.

You get A handover session for your staff, and regular updates if you want them.

Tell me what you need

A few lines about your practice or organisation are enough to start.
